Task 3 -Identify and Evaluate one Computer Tool that can help to facilitate Research

The computer tool that we have chosen to introduce and evaluate is Ethnograph V5.0.

The Ethnograph is a collection of procedures designed to enhance and facilitate the process of qualitative data analysis. It helps you - compile, - organize, - and manipulate the things in your data that you find interesting.

For example, it allows you to create a project and add the data files by using the built-in editor and copy and paste from word processor. Therefore, it helps you organize the data files as a collection.

Moreover, it allows you to use code words to map the paragraphs related to similar aspect from different data file. So, it can facilitate the searching of certain aspect you are interested in.

Furthermore, it allows you to do filtering during the search by using the face sheets and identifer sheet.
